Church of St Luke

1 min čitanja
Crkvica svetoga Luke

The small Church of St. Luke gained its present appearance through multiple extensions of the original single-nave Old Croatian church, dating from the 9th to 11th century.

The most recent modifications were made in 1787, as evidenced by the engraved year on the stone lintel above the entrance. The Gothic-style sculptures of saints in the lunette above the doorway date to the late 15th century and are attributed to the Petrović brothers.

The church is no longer used for religious purposes—today, it serves as an art gallery.
