Dubrovnik will become a meeting point for leading figures from the international hotel industry this October. From the 14th to the 16th of October, the Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik will host the third edition of Hotel Summit – Executives Only, a conference bringing together hotel owners and investors, hotel directors and department heads, international hotel groups, developers and key partners from the hospitality industry.
Alongside its position as one of the Mediterranean’s best-known tourist destinations, Dubrovnik will welcome more than 300 hotel professionals, including numerous C-level executives and senior management representatives.
A Programme Covering the Entire Hotel Business Cycle
This year’s Hotel Summit will feature more than 20 topics covering key aspects of the hotel business, from investment, development and the selection of brands and operating models to sales, revenue management, distribution, technology, artificial intelligence, leadership and profitability. Programme participants include representatives of companies such as Nammos, Minor Hotels, Accor, Hilton, Banyan Group, Maistra, Valamar, Canary Technologies, Shiji, A1, Ensana Health Spa Hotels and STR.
Particular emphasis will be placed on specific business decisions and changes that are already influencing the hotel industry. Topics will include how to develop and position a hotel, when to choose an independent brand and when to opt for an international one, how to increase the share of direct bookings and revenue, and how to apply AI and new technologies in everyday operations.
The programme will also address the new generation of hotel visibility, raising the question of how AI tools will change the way guests discover and choose hotels.
A special regional contribution will come from Valamar, which will present its new franchise model in Dubrovnik, opening its expertise, commercial platform and business ecosystem to other hotels while allowing them to retain their own identity.
Dubrovnik as a Meeting Place for the International Hotel Industry
Hotel Summit will bring the international hotel industry to Dubrovnik, connecting global hotel groups and regional operators with owners, investors and developers. For a city already recognised as one of the region’s leading tourism destinations, the conference also represents an opportunity to further position Dubrovnik as a meeting place for the hospitality and business communities.
Hotel Summit 2026 will take place from the 14th to the 16th of October at Valamar Lacroma Dubrovnik, with a Welcome Cocktail on the 14th of October and a dinner and party for participants at Revelin on the 15th of October.
