Pustjerna

From the city harbour, via Damjan Juda Street, you can climb up to the area of Pustjerna, to which the city first expanded. Today, in its side streets, there is the beautiful Baroque Church of Our Lady of Carmel from the 17th century and several examples of representative residential architecture, such as the Gothic Ranjina Palace from the 15th century at Andrijić Brothers Street (Ulici braće Andrijića) 10, and the Renaissance Skočibuha Palace, belonging to a wealthy commoner sea captain from the 16th century, at Restićeva Street 1.
