The votive Church of St. Blaise on Gorica was commissioned by Benedikt Gundulić in 1347, on a site where an earlier church likely stood, first mentioned in 1282.
It was renovated in 1472, 1857, and again around 1980.
The final part of the Festivity of St. Blaise takes place at this church.
Although modest in size, the Church of St. Blaise stands out for its harmony and location, dominating the surrounding landscape.
