association “Goričino srce”
Štrukli with cheese and nettle is a
traditional dish from Koprivnica,
presented this year by representatives
of the women’s association “Goričino
srce”. Despite the many variations
of fillings, we will be making healthy
štrukli with nettles, a unique variation
as Koprivnica is named after nettles.
We will introduce our guests to a
small part of Podravina’s gastronomic
tradition.
